Christmas Again!

Tomorrow we will be celebrating Christmas with Steve's family. This is our chance to have four generations together. We will have Steve's folks, his sisters, our children and our nieces and nephews and some of the nieces and nephews have children of their own. It seems wierd to be a great-aunt! When I was little all of my great-aunts and great-uncles were old! I wonder if the little ones in our family think of us as old! Well, they are wrong! I always have fun when all of us get together. There will be lots of games, laughs and food. The children will get presents, we gave up exchanging with the adults quite some time ago. It got to be too much, especially when all of the little tykes started joining the family! Everybody enjoys getting a present now and then (at least I do), but the best part of the day will be just spending time together and catching up with what is going on with everyone else. Some of the nieces and nephews we only see at Christmas time. I will not be blogging tomorrow, but will let you know how it all went next week.

For all of you who like to cook and bake, I stumbled across a great blog a few days ago. Mennonite Girls Can Cook is the title of their blog. They had some yummy sounding recipes posted that I will be trying! Let me know if you try some of them!
