More Mystery Flowers!

More mystery flowers popping up along the north side of the house. What is it? Mom, Cheri and Connie - you ladies are the flower gurus. Many people did not like the weather this summer. They thought it was too chilly. I personally loved the weather this year. I do not enjoy hot weather, I prefer temps in the 60's and 70's during the day with night time temps in the 40's. Evidently the flowers on the north side of our house feel the same way I do! Some of the flowers and plants that grow there I have seen other years, two of them are brand new to me this year. I wasn't digging around over there to try to get some to grow. They decided they liked our home and yard and wanted to come visit again! The family we bought the house from loved flowers and loved playing in the dirt. Any thing that grows around this place is left from her. For that I am thankful. Some years we have some flowers potted in plants sitting around the yard. Some years we don't.
The King just pulled into the driveway. Way to early for him to be home. I hope he is not sick! I better go check.

  1. Hey Bug, it looks like a Flox. I'll check with Connie-the family expert. Is it on a tall stem? About 2 feet tall? Kinda thin and wavy? My money is on Flox. Hope the King's ok.
