Fun in the Mud!

We had some down home entertainment today. Trucker and his friend, W., were playing in the mud with the four-wheeler. First they took turns riding through the mud puddles. That got boring quickly. The next thing I knew, they had a sled out and were pulling that through the mud puddles, behind the four-wheeler. W. was the driver, Trucker was riding on the sled. I did not participate in the fun, but I had many good laughs watching. Mom and Marv found the whole thing quite amusing, too. I think it brought back some memories for Marv of different things he and his friends did back in the day. Needless to say, they had to go down to the lake for a dip when they were done. It was then time for even more fun when they had to get the plow truck out and drag parts of the driveway, and plow mud back into other parts of the driveway. We have 44 pictures of them playing, but I won't make you look at all of them! There are a couple more I will show you some day where you can see mud flying.

Mom got all of our flowers planted today. I'm sure I will be showing you pictures in the near future. One of them is a millet plant. I've never seen a millet plant before, but it was funky looking and I liked it! It looks quite nice with a few begonias and petunias in the pot that I bought for 75% off!
