Apricot Tote Bag

Today the King and I went to Menard's for a few things. While there we bought some track lights (I think that is what they are called) for the sewing room. I had to try a small project to see how the new lights worked. Once you put a lot more light on a subject, it makes it a lot nicer to see or work!

Our Princess is leaving at 3:00 am for a week long mission trip. We will miss her, but glad that she is willing to give of herself to help others. We have been in the sixties here for a couple of weeks, where she is going the expected high tomorrow is 92*. That will be a little adjustment!

Here is my little project that I made tonight to see how the new lights worked in the sewing room. It is a little tote made to hold a bottle of wine, we filled it with a bag of dried apricots. I am sending it along with Lora, who is the female chaperone, on the mission trip the Princess will be going on. We figured she will need a quick, pick-me-up, energy food during the week. Thanks Rob and Lora for your willingness to organize and facilitate this trip. We will be praying for you and the students.
