College Students Home!

No, not my students! They are too young for college yet. I don't want to rush that at all.

Some of the students who are part of our church family and used to be in youth group are home for a break. One of them is staying at our house for the weekend, it was great to hang out with Dan the Man this afternoon. He even came to church while I was working today and made me lunch. His Mama raised him right!

Two girls are home for the weekend, too. They brought a few friends home with them and have some fun plans for the weekend. They also stopped into the church today while I was working. I only got to see them for a few minutes, but it was still nice to see them. Hopefully we will get to see more of them before they have to had back to school.

Blogging may be hit and miss the next couple of days, as I will be busy whipping Dan the Man at Hand and Foot, Yahtzee, Cribbage and whatever other game we decide to haul out. I was also planning on making him some m&m cookies to take back to school, but Trucker found the bag of m&ms. That shot that idea!

Don't worry Pat and Cheri, we will make sure he has some food to take back to school. We don't believe in fruit and vegies, though, it will be all about the cookies and brownies! You know, the good stuff.
